We are an energetic local charity working for older adults in Waltham Forest.
We are now a growing and rapidly changing organisation, we are keen to develop new services and diversify our income streams.
We are seeking an experienced Manager to develop and provide a range of high quality fee-based wellbeing and community services which enable older people in Waltham Forest to maintain active, healthy lifestyles within their local communities.
The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and responsible for the development and day-to-day running of a range of services such as Handyperson, Foot care and the business planning for a new charity shop.
This role will include researching, financial modelling, managing budgets, marketing and producing reports on the performance of the service.
Experience of successful delivery and development of Services, (preferably fee-based) and excellent administration is essential to this role.
We offer 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and a pension with employer contribution of 4%. The 21 hours are flexible across 4-5 days per week
