Age UK has led on the development of 'We Are Undefeatable', a transformational and emotional campaign that aims to inspire those living with long term health conditions to undertake sustainable behaviour changes and become more active.
We are now recruiting for a Brand Activation Lead to join the Age UK "We Are Undefeatable" team and take this ground breaking campaign to the next level.
If successful, you will take responsibility for the overall campaign strategy evolution, building it into a strong brand in its own right. You will lead, manage and motivate a team of 5, ensuring we stay at the cutting edge of creativity and effectiveness.
You will also be involved in significant stakeholder management, managing communications and relationships with senior decision makers from the 15 charity partners involved in the campaign, as well as Sport England and Public Health England, ensuring all campaign strategy and plans have buy in from stakeholders.
* You will have significant experience in senior brand marketing and communication roles, managing multi million pound consumer focussed campaigns.
* You will demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision makers.
* You should have expert creative development, PR and media planning and digital skills.
* You will need to be a strategic and entrepreneurial thinker.
* Your experience leading a creative team in a complex planning environment will be essential.
What we offer in return
