Job description

We have a new opportunity here at Age UK. Our CRM division is looking to recruit a Data Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Database Marketing Services team, ensuring that marketing codes (IAC codes) and fund codes for all marketing activity are collated and maintained.

Duties will also include keeping track of the 400+ selections the team runs yearly as well as producing standard KPI reports for the department.

Utilising your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will be working with internal stakeholders to ensure new and ad hoc selection requests are scheduled and completed to agreed timescales.

This exciting opportunity offers hybrid and flexible working between home and a central London co-working hub.

You will have:

* Experience of using MS Office packages and working in a data environment
* Knowledge and understanding of relational database structure. (Desirable)
* Be able to demonstrate an interest in data.
* Proficiency in applications particularly MS Excel.
