Job description

We have a new opportunity here at Age UK for someone looking to expand on their interest in data management. Our CRM division is looking to recruit a Data Services Coordinator to support the maintenance of Age UK's data.

As Coordinator, you will support the Data Services team in a wide variety of database tasks including administration, income processing, reporting and testing. You will help to maintain CRM data by undertaking data quality tasks such as cleaning, deduping and importing data to the central database.

Utilising your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will be the first contact with the Data Services team for internal stakeholders to ensure new and ad hoc data requests are responded to, scheduled and completed to agreed timescales.

This exciting opportunity offers hybrid and flexible working between home and a central London co-working hub.

You will have:

* A proven track record in an equivalent role providing administrative support for a central services team
* Previous experience interrogating data from a central database
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge and understanding of relational databases (experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferable)
* Knowledge and understanding of data manipulation
* Charity sector experience (desirable)
* An awareness of GDPR
