Job Description

Job Purpose

Age UK are currently offering a fantastic part-time opportunity for a Programme Co-ordinator / Project Officer who will support the management and delivery of the national One Digital programme activities. One Digital is a partnership made up of Age UK, Citizens Online, Clarion Futures, Digital Unite and the Scottish Council of Voluntary Organisations (SCVO). Together we are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to help people learn new digital skills and benefit from being online. We deliver this through our network of Digital Champions who help people in their communities.

Main Responsibilities

The team are looking for a highly organised, motivated individual with proven project administration and communications experience to join us on a 12 month contract. The successful applicant will have exceptional administrative, written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a busy and varied role. You will be an effective co-ordinator who works closely with your colleagues and wider teams to ensure that project requirements are supported effectively and that we can share what we learn.

Experience

* High level administrative skills
* Presenting data and reports (Including graphs and tables)
* Drafting reports, blogs, social media and managing web content

Skills & Knowledge

* Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of social media platforms
* Clear communications
* Time management and the ability to prioritise
