Job description

Age UK are currently recruiting for an organised Retail Support Coordinator to join our busy Help Desk Team in Warrington providing IT and network support to our Age UK Shops and Field Teams.

The successful candidate will be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, recommend solutions to end user problems. Maintain accurate records according to processes including ticket data and standard operating procedures/ knowledge articles.

Main Responsibilities of the role:

* Manage End user support for software / hardware and LAN
* Configure and dispatch new/replacement hardware & manage stock
* Investigating and resolving issues with: Telephony / DSL / LAN / PDQ / Epos / Tills / PC
* Monitor networks and proactive problem management
* Responsible for issue logging and prioritising SLA's
* Effective communication between users / line managers and 3rd party providers.

You will have:

* The ability to Meet and exceed KPI's and SLA's
* Successful experience working within a support desk or call centre environment
* Proficient in all O365 applications including Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive
* Proficient in the use of MS office applications, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
* The Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* A High level of education or equivalent business experience
* Knowledge of logistical requirements that service a multi-site retail organisation, preferably system based is desired.
* Basic IT skills needed to function in a call centre environment
* Ideally have ITIL or SDI certification (D) Microsoft accreditation (D)
