We are seeking to appoint two experienced Safeguarding Officers on a permanent contract; altogether 1.3 full-time equivalent between the two posts, with hours being negotiable with successful candidates.The post holders will have a relevant professional qualification and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of direct safeguarding practice with vulnerable adults or children or both. About the role

English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English language classes (ESOL) for migrants in London. About this role:
- Someone with excellent influencing and relationship skills, you will be able to work with a range of key stakeholders, including NHS organisations, clinical teams, and charities.
- Someone with a proven track record of forming, developing, and evaluating new partnerships to drive change and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Someone with an expert understanding in measuring service outcomes, you will be responsible for providing the evidence of quality, impact and cost effectiveness for services funded and provided by Teenage Cancer Trust within your regions.
- Someone who can work strategically to create robust service delivery plans that will improve outcomes and reduce inequity for young people with cancer.

As the Trust and Grants Manager, you will be responsible for generating income from trusts and grants. Based within the Development Team you will look to identify funding opportunities to secure funds to ensure the Hospice successfully achieves its objectives and development plan. With experience of writing bid writing, trust applications and reporting you will have excellent attention to detail and effectively manage deadlines. We are looking for an excellent team player and communicator who is ambitious and solution focussed and has the energy and passion to drive forward our aspirations and operational goals.
