Job description

Location: Central London/ with some flexible home-based working.
Please note that in response to COVID-19, most staff are currently working from home until the end of the year, with core staff working reduced hours in office as required. A return to a new office in early 2022 will be subject to review and assessment nearer the time.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organised and committed Grants & PPT Administrator (Programmes & Partnerships Team) to provide administrative support to our Programmes and Partnerships Team.

 

This role will involve a mix of regular tasks and more strategic level support work.  

We are looking for a friendly and relational, passionate and proactive self-starter who shares our commitment to helping people living in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities, by ending the suffering caused by disasters, poverty and injustice. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable with our faith-basis and can relate warmly and professionally to a wide range of networks, cultures and organisations.

As Grants & PPT Administrator (Programmes & Partnerships Team), you will ensure All We Can’s grant giving supports specific strategic goals, administrate our grant-making portfolio ensuring grant process adherence, and provide more general support to the Programmes and Partnerships Team and its related functions. You’ll have some experience of administration and logistic coordination. Your exceptional communications skills will ensure we engage in a manner consistent with our values and ethos and exercise diplomacy and clear articulation in every form of communication internally and with our partners abroad.
