Job description

All We Can is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supporter Care Officer to join our small, friendly Public Engagement Team. We are looking for someone who is proactive and energetic and shares our commitment to helping people living in some of the world’s poorest communities by ending the suffering caused by inequity and injustice.

As the Supporter Care Officer you will oversee the collection, import, maintenance and analysis of data. You will seek out the most efficient and effective methods of recording, organising and utilising data that fully supports organisational processes, as well as future innovation strategies and initiatives.

Using our CRM system, Raiser’s Edge, you will lead on data selections, data segmentation, marketing analysis and how insights support business. You will ensure more effective and tailored communication with our donors and supporters.

Outgoing, with an ability to build rapport quickly, you will enjoy dealing with supporters. As first point of contact for All We Can supporters you will use your excellent listing and communication skills, and above all a real passion for delivering an excellent supporter experience, to engage and steward supporters.

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Term of appointment: Permanent, 7 hours a day (35 hours per week)
