With a very recent merger, my client is a fresh new brand in the UK charity market. With much of the top level strategy and business plan in place, they are now looking for interim support to assist with the integration of its finance function.
Working closely with the business, you will provide support on the design and implementation of a new chart of accounts for the organisation. Supporting the consolidation of processes, you will also review budget templates and management reports.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a strong financial controls background (commerce, practice or NfP). Although experience of supporting change programmes would be an advantage, an ambitious appetite to explore systems development and/or project management is essential.
