Job description

My client is a wonderful not for profit organisation, a household name looking for the support of an Operations Administrator. An opportunity to gain public sector experience, my client is looking for someone who is driven, a quick learner and determined. This position offers flexiblity as well as an opportunity to get involved with a terrific organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing gift aid donations to ensure they comply with HMRC compliance
  • Data cleaning, updating and reporting
  • Day to day management of supporter queries
  • Take charge of critical issues and relay to team leader
  • Managing stock, post and cash

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate brilliant customer service skills on their CV. This role requires execellent interpersonal skills, viewed as a pivotal position within the organisation. Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in using Excel.
