Job description

Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) is looking for a proactive Finance assistant to join the small, busy team in our London office. Possibility for limited remote working.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Processing payments for invoices, grants and expenses and dealing with related queries 

  • Acknowledging receipts and donations, and following up outstanding receivables, drafting correspondence as necessary 

  • Filing payments, receipts and other documents 

  • Preparing reports for management 

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with good numeracy skills and attention to detail. They will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly. 

ADI is the worldwide federation of over 100 Alzheimer associations which support people with dementia and their families. ADI was founded in 1984 and registered as a non-profit organisation in the USA. Based in London, ADI has been in official relations with the World Health Organisation since 1996. ADI works by empowering Alzheimer associations to raise awareness and offer care and support for people with dementia and their carers, while working globally to focus attention on dementia and campaign for policy change from governments.
