Position: Fundraising Database Support Assistant
Location: Flexible across England, Wales and Northern Ireland
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £19,964 to £20,770 depending on skills and experience, plus London allowance of £3,600

About the role:
As part of the Fundraising Database Support team you will have a stimulating variety of responsibilities. You will carry out data imports into the Fundraising CRM from a wide range of sources, checking and preparing the data and running rigorous pre and post import checks to ensure accuracy; you will maintain codes and values within the CRM to support business requirements; you will deal with a constant flow of import, update and information requests from business owners. To achieve an excellent level of service you will be eager to acquire a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the CRM and of our colleagues’ business requirements. You will thereby enable the Society to maximise our income and to provide the best possible customer experience to our supporters, volunteers and staff.
You possess the enthusiasm to learn and understand every aspect of the role; you can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and aptitude in handling data, with an innovative and inquisitive interest in what we do, why we do it and how we could do it better. You are able to organise your own work efficiently and you are dedicated to supporting and improving your team and enabling your colleagues.
