Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity. We provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.

Position: Events Fundraising Assistant (Sports)
Location: London
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £19,964 to £20,770 depending on skills and experience plus London allowance of £3,600

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sports Events Fundraising Assistant to join our dynamic and ambitious team. This role will support the delivery of our events portfolio which includes running, trekking, cycling, swimming and skydiving. The role is responsible for offering excellent customer care for all current and potential event participants.

About you:

We need someone enthusiastic, creative and highly organised. You’ll be able to prioritise your workload effectively and be experienced in providing excellent customer care. We’re looking for someone who is driven and passionate and will work to maximise our income and increase the impact we have on the lives of people affected by dementia.

You may have experience of the following: Events Fundraising Officer, Events Fundraising Assistant, Fundraising Coordinator, Charities, Not for Profit, Fundraiser, Marketing, Business Development, Donor Management, Third Sector, Fundraising Assistant, etc.
