About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Transformational Lead for our Operations directorate, at the Alzheimer’s Society, to lead an exciting programme of change over the next 3 years.

Someone who has proven experience of delivering large scale change programmes in health and social care delivery settings and can help us transform they way we operate and deliver services to people living with and affected by dementia.

This year the Alzheimer’s Society launched a new five-year strategy, Help and Hope, which sets out the impact we want to have for anyone affected by dementia, particularly growing our reach, tackling inequity of access, and supporting more people to get a diagnosis.

This exciting ambition is set within a complex, volatile, and changing external context, including changes in the health and social care environment.

About you

As Operations Transformation Lead, you will co-ordinate and drive the successful delivery of changes to the way we work so that we can reach and impact on the lives of even more people living with and affected by dementia now and into the future.

This critical role will design, co-ordinate and deliver exciting and significant cross-organisational projects and programmes to this aim. The role will be responsible for designing a cross-organisational roadmap of change and leading and facilitating the delivery against that plan.

You will support us to think differently, ensuring we engage everyone at the Society to translate our strategy into practical actions.

You may have experience of the following: Transformation Manager, Project Manager, Project Management, IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Business Systems manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager, etc.
