Job description

We are looking for a sales minded individual to join our Applicants and Alumni team who are responsible for recruiting educators onto our suite of programmes. The educators you will engage with will range from teachers, headteachers and CEO’s of multi-academy trust. You will manage all incoming enquiries into the organisations, nurturing leads and leading the application process of candidates, finally supporting with the on-boarding process onto our programmes. If you are passionate about helping others with a keen interest in educational development, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: 

  • A strong commitment to education, the non-profit sector and raising the aspirations, achievements and life chances of all children

  • A good understanding of customer service delivery and best practice

  • Sales minded – ability to be highly persuasive in writing and over the phone

  • Ability to create engaging written copy for email and text campaigns

  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written manner

  • Experience of working with data and building reports within a CRM system

  •  Computer/IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  •  Enthusiasm, initiative and a can-do attitude
