Job description

Programme Co-ordinator

Full Time 37.5 hours per week 

London, Birmingham or Manchester  

£20,000 per annum (plus £3,000 London Weighting if applicable) 


Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and talented administrator and customer service professional to join our Programme team as a Programme Co-ordinator (internally known as Programme Associate) on a permanent basis.

This role will support the operational delivery (end to end programme management) of a specific cohort, programme or number of programmes. The Programme Associate will work as part of a team owning the end to end experience of stakeholders on a range of programmes, helping them engage effectively with their chosen programme and ensuring they receive an excellent level of customer service. This team will provide the interface between the organisation and these stakeholders, liaising with other teams to ensure that they experience the highest quality service.

Based in either our London, Manchester or Birmingham office, and reporting to one of our Programme Managers, you’ll be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the programmes, as well as attending events to build relationships with stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, as well as excellent organisation, planning and prioritising skills. A key function of the role is processing stakeholder information and feedback, as well as supporting candidate services teams, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player with the ability to work independently and seek advice where required.
