Who we are looking for
We are looking for motivated and talented administrators with a customer service background to join our Programme team as Programme Co-ordinators (internally known as Programme Associate) on a permanent basis.
We are offering at least 4 roles, most will be full-time (37.5 hours per week) and one role will be available on a part time basis (18.75 hours per week).
The Programme Associate will work as part of a team owning the end to end experience of stakeholders on a range of programmes, helping them engage effectively with their chosen programme and ensuring they receive an excellent level of customer service.
This team will provide the interface between the organisation and these stakeholders, liaising with other teams to ensure that they experience the highest quality service.
Based in either our London, Manchester or Birmingham office, and reporting to one of our Programme Managers, you’ll be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the programmes, as well as attending events to build relationships with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, as well as excellent organisation, planning and prioritising skills. A key function of the role is processing stakeholder information and feedback, as well as supporting candidate services teams, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player with the ability to work independently and seek advice where required.
