Job description

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with Autism in an education setting? Do you have the drive, energy and ambition? 

We have an exciting opportunity for dynamic and enthusiastic Facilities & IT Administrator, who shares our vision for young people with autism.

You will play a key role in managing the helpdesk function for the Property & IT team across all Ambitious About Autism sites. You will be the first point of contact and communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders, to understand their requests for Maintenance or IT assistance.

You will also need to track and report on progress against all helpdesk requests to ensure that all requests are being completed within agreed timescales and that all stakeholders are being kept informed as to the progress and resolution of their requests.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience of running a helpdesk across multiple sites providing a quality IT Support service to multiple stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skill set and use of Microsoft packages
  • Customer service focused
