Here at Ambitious about Autism, we are hiring! We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our ambitious People Team as a People Data Analyst.
Ambitious about Autism is the national charity for children and young people with autism. We provide services, raise awareness and understanding as well as campaign for change. Through TreeHouse School, Ambitious College and The Rise School we provide specialist education and support to children and young people, aged 4-25, with Autism.
Reporting to the Head of People, the People Data Analyst will be the lead HRIS custodian, to ensure the data's security, maintaining the integrity and provide expert advice on all matters about it.
Key skills for the role:
- Experience of excellent customer Service and be the support for all inquiries.
- Strong operational capabilities across the Microsoft office suite and MI applications
- Maximise the use of HR systems to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
- High level of attention to details and assess trends while analysing the data.
- Deliver training to the end-user in a format that is appropriate to meet the needs of the audience.
