We are looking for an experienced digital professional to lead our Digital Engagement Team of 10, directly line-managing 5, taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day development and management of our digital communications, platforms and presences.
About the role
As an experienced digital campaigner and marketer you will ensure the potential for digital campaigning and fundraising is exploited to the full in order to maximise engagement between Amnesty, digital audiences and our existing supporters and activists.
You will oversee our digital content and digital marketing strategies and lead the development of a clear and coherent digital personality in line with our brand. An experienced project manager you will also lead the development and implementation of our digital product roadmap on time, within budget and to the agreed scope.
You will have previous experience of managing large, public facing websites, social media, digital marketing and complex digital development projects. You will be able to effectively plan and coordinate the work of a busy team and ensure it is delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be experienced at briefing and managing external agencies and consultants. And you'll also be an excellent communicator, able to guide your colleagues in the effective use of digital communications.
