And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Data Analyst (Engagement) to bring their talents to help ensure that data and insights support our Engagement Strategy to help us increase income and improve the way we engage with supporters.
Title: Data Analyst (Engagement)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract: 6-month fixed term contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hampstead, North London
As the Data Analyst (Engagement), you will produce meaningful insight and analysis, enabling us to make insight-driven decisions and helping us to shape our future work and activities to deliver our Engagement Strategy.
You will be dedicated to harnessing data and insights about supporter’s behaviour, interests and motivations to improve the way we communicate with supporters. By developing joined-up supporter journey through applying statistical techniques to inform the targeting of our communications we aim to keep everyone on the register committed to donating, if they are called upon, and to increase the money we raise and the influence we have as an organisation.
Through detailed analysis of our audiences, you will support the Supporter Insight Manager in establishing a suite of metrics against which to measure the effectiveness of our supporter engagement activities and to quantify improvements delivered by the SRM programme.
