Title: Governance Officer
Salary: £33,000 p/a
Contract: Permanent: part-time
Hours: 21 hours per week
Location: Flexible working (willingness to travel to London Office when required)
The Governance Officer is a vital role and effective governance reporting and oversight is essential to the charity’s function. You will help manage Anthony Nolan and Anthony Nolan Trading Limited’s strategic engagement with the Board of Trustees, supporting the Director of Legal and Governance in all governance matters and working closely with the Board Chair, the Strategic Leadership Team, the CEO’s team and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective governance of the charity.
To be successful you will have an eye for detail and a strong interest in corporate governance underlined by improving organisational process, transparency and accountability throughout Anthony Nolan. Strong interpersonal skills and resilience are also important as is the ability to deal with confidential information with the utmost discretion.
