We want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead our Aspire – Transplant Improvement Partnership programme.
Aspire is a transformational programme of activity to improve the services Anthony Nolan provides to UK transplant centres. At its heart, Aspire is about full involvement of NHS staff and Anthony Nolan staff in the development of solutions to the challenges we face together, including transforming how we communicate digitally.
Title: Programme Manager, Aspire
Salary: £70-75k dependent on experience
Contract: Fixed Term 2 years. Full-time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Initially flexible working, normal base Anthony Nolan Head Office (flexible working location will be considered)
As Programme Manager for Aspire, you will lead this important work, which will define our future interaction with the UK transplant community. You will be accountable for the delivery of the full programme from delivery of the digital solution and other improvement projects to the behavioural and cultural change needed to support.
This role will be integral to the success of the work. Working with a programme team and working closely with the Director of Donor & Transplantation Services and the Director of Product, you’ll use agile methodology to lead the activity.
You’ll have the skills to drive delivery, ensure that insight informs our approach, build strong teams and effectively work with senior stakeholders in the constant pursuit of excellence. You’ll be a strong communicator able to enthuse and bring people with you on the lifesaving journey.
