And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our Individual Giving function, part of our busy, friendly and growing Engagement Division.
Title: Senior Individual Giving Officer (Retention)
Salary: Up to £33,660 per annum depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hampstead, North London
Anthony Nolan is a fast-growing charity with big plans for the future. The Individual Giving (IG) programme was launched in 2009 and is budgeted to deliver a gross income of c.£4.6 million in 2020/21. The IG programme goal is to deliver long term, sustainable income, with integrated cross-team planning and testing across IG, Fundraising, the Register Development team, Brand, Marketing and Communications and Supporter Operations being key to the next stages of development.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow the supporter retention and engagement programme and develop and test new ideas, creative and channels. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, this role will be pivotal in delivering direct marketing retention campaigns and developing supporter journeys including digital, mail, telephone, raffles, cash appeals and legacies in order to retain and maximise financial income and engagement from existing supporters of Anthony Nolan, as well as recently lapsed supporters.
The successful candidate will be an experienced direct marketing project manager and collaborative team player. If you have excellent creative, analysis and relationship building skills across a range of channels, with a detailed understanding of supporter engagement for mass audiences, then we would love to hear from you.
