For us to realise this aim, there is a need for us to make a step change in our approach to supporters and donors that will enable us to provide ways for everyone to join our lifesaving community which are mutually beneficial. At its heart, this work is critical for enabling us to be able to do even more for patients and have even more impact.
And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead on the delivery of our change programme – Transform.
Title: Senior Programme Manager – Transform
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term – 2 Years
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hampstead, North London
The role of Senior Programme Manager will be career defining as you lead the programme to not only improve on what we do but equip us for the future and ensure that Anthony Nolan is at the cutting edge of supporter engagement, stewardship.
Working in partnerships with the Director of Engagement and Chief Information Officer, the Senior Programme Manager will be accountable for the delivery of the full programme from behavioural and cultural change to the implementation of a new CRM system and the development of a single supporter view.
You will be resolute in being user centric and supporter focused ensuring that you champion a data and insight driven approach. You will be overseeing a shift in culture and ways of working to deliver this approach.
