And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Supporter-Led Fundraising Coordinator to join our Engagement Division as part of our Supporter-Led Fundraising Team.
Title: Supporter-Led Fundraising Coordinator
Salary: £27,000 per annum (inclusive London Weighting)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Initially remote working (due to Covid-19), normally based at Head Office in Hampstead, London
We’re looking for a brilliant fundraiser with good marketing skills and experience to join our Supporter-Led Fundraising Team who deliver income through fundraising products, community fundraising and challenge events.
This is a fantastic position where you will be part of a team raising vital funds to save the lives of people with blood cancer. You will manage a portfolio of fundraising products to deliver income and participant number targets, and lead on the stewardship of our mass audiences, providing excellent supporter care, building strong and long-term relationships and maximising supporter development opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to work on the development of products such as Walking Together, which sees supporters across the country organising their own walks in Blood Cancer Awareness Month. You’ll be building on the success of its first three years and working collaboratively across the Engagement division to grow further.
There’s also our Zero to Hero virtual running challenge, which is new to the portfolio this year. And you will be working on and developing testing for newer propositions, planning and delivering marketing campaigns. As well, you will play a key role in the development of our supporter journeys.
You’ll have: great experience of working in fundraising; experience of developing, delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns through digital channels; strong project management skills; a track record of delivering net income against budgets; and a real passion for relationship building, which is at the core of everything we do in the Supporter-Led Fundraising Team.
