Art Fund is looking for a Marketing Automation Campaigns & Data Coordinator to play a key role in evolving how we communicate with National Art Pass members, donors and wider audiences.
Marketing Automation Campaigns and Data Coordinator
Location: King’s Cross, London
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Art Fund is the national fundraising charity for art. We believe that art can make you see, think and feel differently, and through our work we help make art more accessible to as many visitors as possible, wherever they are. We give grants to help museums and galleries acquire works of art for their collections, share them with wide audiences, and support the training and professional development of curators. We are supported by our growing membership of 131,000 through the National Art Pass, as well as the generosity of many trusts, foundations and other individuals.
In this new position, you'll support colleagues in the Marketing team by building, delivering and optimising consumer journeys across the supporter lifecycle. You'll facilitate advanced queries and data manipulation to enable automated marketing flows. You’ll help stakeholders execute effective campaigns, working collaboratively to understand objectives, develop plans and share actionable insights to improve performance.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, National Art Pass, you will be a self-starter who can thrive working both independently and collaboratively to answer questions, solve problems and ultimately deliver effective campaigns for Art Fund’s “culture seeking” consumer audiences.
This role is located at our King’s Cross office (2 Granary Square, London N1C 4BH) although staff are currently remote working. Following the anticipated change to government advice, a hybrid working trial will commence from September. This trial period requires staff to attend the office 6-8 days per fortnight, pro-rata’d for part time employees.
