Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £18,000-£20,000 + benefits (pro-rata)
Contract type: Fixed term, two years

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised Editorial assistant to support our expanding Content team. Reporting to the senior editor, you will support the team to create and publish information on all aspects of arthritis and related conditions through traditional routes such as print booklets, through to cutting edge technology in the form of the virtual assistant.

About the role

It is an exciting time to join the charity as we look to how we can better support people with arthritis with real time, relevant, robust information and support that allows them to better manage their condition. 

As the Editorial assistant you will:

  • support the Content team on a wide range of projects and tasks, from cataloguing content, proofreading, organising meetings, through to arranging photo and video shoots

  • be the first point of contact for the team

  • assist in coordinating and scheduling the various projects the team are involved in at time

  • look after the day-to-day administration for the team and provide support on any projects the team are working on.
