Arts Emergency are looking for a Database officer who is a Salesforce Certified Administrator. The role will oversee our database systems (Salesforce and related integrations) and IT setup to ensure smooth delivery of all of our activities. Working with the Head of Operations and Finance and all departments, the Officer will be the key contact for database and organisational IT issues ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation at all times.

Joining Arts Emergency at an exciting time of growth, this new role involves the development of database processes supporting Programmes, Fundraising and Marketing and Communications. The position has an important focus on improving efficiency and ensuring the organisation can make the most of our Database systems.
This is a part-time position, four days per week Monday to Friday (days to be agreed upon). We will consider requests for compressed, or annualised hours. This post is initially offered as a fixed-term contract for one year.
