We are looking for someone with breadth and depth of HR knowledge to join Arts SU on a fixed term 12 month contract to support our HR team.
Beyond the daily implementation of HR lifecycle procedures from recruitment to exit and everything in between - the HR Manager will support the Senior Leadership Team in creating a professional and progressive culture. To develop the Organisation, you will be central to supporting our management team and developing their HR abilities and confidence. By applying your best practice HR knowledge you will develop the training, appraisal and performance management frameworks, anticipating and responding to the needs of the diversity in SU teams.
The post manages external contracts and associated budgets including Specialist HR, Payroll provision, HR systems and supports compliance contracts and procedures with the support of 0.6 FTE HR Coordinator.
