Job description

We have a very exciting new role for a leading homelessness charity for a Community Fundraising Innovation Manager, this role will lead a team of five to develop new fundraising products and excellent stewardship communications for donors based across the UK.



This team have performed brilliantly over the last 6 months due to excellent leadership and are 60% above their fundraising target so it’s a great team to join. This role can be based remotely or in London and it’s a great opportunity to springboard and help grow this area of income for the charity.



You will have:




  • Significant experience of developing new fundraising products, you must be able to demonstrate a strategic and analytical approach to this work

  • Experience of developing supporter journeys and communication plans

  • Ability to build rapport with a range of internal and external audiences, including supporters, patients and their families

  • Line management of at least a team of two previously

Salary; £32,000 - £38,000
