We are excited to be working with an inspiring children’s charity who are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to join their growing fundraising team. This is an organisation who thrive to support children with mental health issues.
As part of your role, you will be growing the successful community fundraising portfolio. You will be joining a small but dynamic team of 3 people, currently raising over £400,000. This is still an area within its infancy at the organisation and therefore has a lot of potential for innovation and growth within the role. The main area of focus will be to create long-lasting relationships with schools, local organisations, universities, and also local corporates.
You will need:
- Experience of devising and implementing a successful community fundraising portfolio
- Demonstrable experience of securing high levels of income (6 figures) through building community relationships
- Line management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
