We are recruiting for a Trusts and Foundations Manager role for an amazing environmental organisation, their work is so crucial and you will have the opportunity to work with some huge funders. Their relationships with their funders are strategic and you will be heavily involved with influencing environmental policy globally.
The team is already well established and successful, their performance has been consistent since the pandemic and they are in a strong place. Initially you will work from home, however the organisation is flexible so homeworking or working regionally permanent would be fine with them.
You will lead on six and seven figure relationships with funders, predominantly managing existing relationships but also exploring new opportunities. You will need to be able to manage relationships internally and externally, messaging complex issues in a compelling way.
You will need:
- Strong experience of securing funding and managing relationships at a six-figure level, this is essential but can also be from corporate fundraising
- Experience of managing and renewing funder relationships, with good negotiation skills
- Experience of working with different teams and building strong relationships internally
