Job description

We are delighted to be working as the only agency with Brooke after working with them for many years. Brooke are looking for a Direct Marketing – Acquisition Manager, to join them on a full-time basis, paying £45,000 - £50,000.

Brooke is an animal welfare charity that protects and improves the lives of working donkeys, horses and mules that give people in the developing world the opportunity to work their way out of poverty.

As part of your role, you will coordinate strategies to recruit and harness personalised relationships with supporters. You will be responsible for ensuring that audience targeting maximises lifetime value and works in an integrated way across traditional and digital channels. This role will be instrumental in responding to new opportunities and creating new products that mobilise, recruit and engage a large number of new supporters. You will also be responsible for line managing two Officers within the Supporter Engagement Team.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Demonstrable experience of supporter engagement, with a focus on acquisition and data analytics

  • Experience in managing and motivating teams

  • Successful experience of meeting ambitious income and engagement targets

  • Experience of producing budget reports, forecasting and re-forecasting
