I am working with a health charity seeking an ambitious Direct Marketing Officer to join its Individual Giving team within their fundraising department! You will be joining a cause-driven and dedicated team, working at the heart of the charity to deliver impact for patients and staff across their hospitals.
The Direct Marketing Officer will play a vital role in the development of the charity’s Fundraising team, helping them achieve their strategic goals. This involves supporting direct marketing activities across various programmes (Individual Giving, Legacy, In-Memory, and Events) and channels. Additionally, you will help grow the supporter base by implementing appeals and supporter journeys, alongside analysing data to propose campaign optimisation.
To support your work and home life balance, this charity also has a hybrid working policy.
You will need:
- Experience in a fundraising or marketing role
- Knowledge of using data insights to inform marketing tactics
- Good project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
Closing Date: 22nd June
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Working pattern: 37.5 hours - hybrid 2-3 days pw in office
