We are working with a wonderful charity health charity to recruit a Fundraising Assistant for a 3-month contract, you will be working closely with supporters, dealing with enquiries and assisting the fundraising team. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to gain and develop more skills within fundraising, events or supporter care.
Main duties for the Fundraising Assistant:
Dealing with supporter enquiries over the phone and via email
Administration support to the fundraising team
Data administration, updating records and adding new supporter details
Processing donations and thanking supporters
Dealing with Facebook queries
You will have:
Previous experience of working with supporters or customers
Strong administration and writing skills
Excellent telephone manner
A passion for fundraising
Good data skills
