Job description

We are proud to be working with The Forward Trust to recruit for their new Head of Fundraising. They have had some amazing coverage recently and the Duchess of Cambridge is their Patron so it’s a really exciting time to join and help grow their income.

The role will oversee a team of six people in total raising over £2m, the position will develop the strategy but will also manage some high-value relationships. - Experience in developing fundraising strategy and leading a team to deliver a growth income

- Strong experience across a mix of fundraising streams, ideally with an interest in digital fundraising

- Excellent internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade and influence

- The ability to horizon-scan and identify new income opportunities
