Job title: Head of People Services

Salary: £50 – £55k p.a pro rata, dependant on experience

Hours: Part time 22.5 – 25 hours per week, flexible pattern

About the role:

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to lead and shape the People Services function at Princess Alice Hospice.

You will lead and manage a small team delivering operational HR activities, and support the CEO and the Senior Management Team with strategic development, culture change and organisational design. As a passionate, engaging and innovative leader, you will have the skills and credibility to drive the development and implementation of our recently developed Talent and People strategy.
