We are delighted to be recruiting for a role that is focused on managing the flagship corporate partner of this high-profile organisation. The partnership is raising over £400,000 per year and has been with the charity for five years. They need an excellent relationship builder to work across both organisations, you will be based from home but working in the partner's office twice a month. This is a multi-site partnership and you will be managing a network of 140 charity champions, regional managers and head office staff, it's a great opportunity for someone to really develop within.
You will drive the partnership strategy and create new fundraising campaigns and activities that will work on a national level. There are huge PR elements to this role that you will be in charge of driving forward so a creative flair will be appreciated.
You will need to be:
- An excellent relationship builder with experience of managing fundraising partnerships in excess of £100,000 ideally including a multi-site partnership
- Brilliant at working with a range of stakeholders, this role will straddle two organisations. You will need to manage stakeholders at the charity and the corporate partner, this will include SMT members and employees
- Enthusiastic, motivated and extremely organised, this role can be made an amazing success by the right person.
Salary: £35,000 - £36,100
