We are pleased to be working with a disability and youth charity who are looking for an Individual Giving and Supporter Care Executive to join their Individual Giving team. You will be joining an exceptional charity whose commitment to their values and cause are second to none. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking to make a real impact by delivering outstanding supporter care.
The organisation are looking for somebody to maximise income from existing individual supporters, as well as to create strategies for recruiting new supporters. You will be required to respond to donor enquiries and run the stewardship programme, making suggestions for improving this programme based on supporter feedback. This is a perfect role for somebody looking to develop their supporter care skills and who really takes the initiative when it comes to problem solving.
You will need:
- An understanding of the principles of direct marketing and fundraising
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Proven ability to build good relationships
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
