Job description

We are thrilled to be working with a leading national children’s charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer to recruit an Individual Giving Manager – Retention and Legacies.

You will be working with the Individual Giving Manager for Acquisition to oversee the strategy of the Individual Giving Programme. You will have strategic responsibility for the retention and legacy programmes. You will also lead on the development and management of Individual Giving programmes and activities.

This role involves line management of the Senior Individual Giving Coordinator and the Supporter Services Coordinator.

Your demonstrable experience will be as follows;

  • Over three years’ demonstrable fundraising experience across retention and legacy giving.

  • Experience of developing and feeding into Individual Giving Strategies and implementing a test and learn approach.

  • Knowledge of budgets and experience of reporting financial performance against targets.
