We are delighted to be working with an international development organisation who are looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join their fundraising team. This organisation has developed a new fundraising strategy, have an excellent Head of Fundraising and are looking for a motivated individual to drive forward their individual giving strategy. The role will look after digital acquisition and will revamp supporter journeys to maximise lifetime value.
As part of this role, you will be designing, reporting and evaluating fundraising appeals, products and campaigns to individual supporters and churches in order to grow fundraising income. You will be focusing on recruiting, retaining, and developing relationships with all donors using various channels, such as telephone, direct mail and digital engagement.
The organisation are financially stable and are actively investing in fundraising.
The successful candidate will need:
- Experience of working in individual giving or community or events fundraising if you have experience of designing comms for a mass-audience
- Proven experience of project managing fundraising and marketing campaigns and appeals and hitting financial targets
- A creative and ambitious personality, someone that likes to test and learn, this organisation are willing to invest in this area so they need someone who wants to maximise the opportunity

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
