A successful health-focused charity is currently looking for a Prospect Research Manager to join their Philanthropy and Partnerships team in London.
In addition to identifying and researching key prospects to contribute to the charity's high-value fundraising plans, you will be required to line-manage a Research Assistant, who will be responsible for associated risk management and due diligence checks.
You will build and manage the donor pipeline across the team, working with senior management to agree KPIs and to lead on the monitoring of team performance in relation to targets. You will be managing external supplier relationships in relation to research tools whilst cultivating internal relationships across the organisation to ensure you are best placed to identify quality prospects.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a broad range of research skills and techniques, and a good knowledge of a variety of markets for prospect research and identification. You will need to have experience of supporting high-value fundraising teams, solid project management skills, and experience of reporting on KPIs and team performance.
