Job description

We are pleased to be working with a wonderful children’s charity who are looking for a Senior Community Manager to join their fundraising team. This is an organisation whose mission is to support the well being of children and young people through various community activities.

 

As part of your role, you will be line managing a team of 4 members, working towards an income target of just over £1m which they are looking to grow across the next couple of years. Your key focus areas will be on leading on securing new high-value community relationships as well as product development. You will be looking at new initiatives and managing the stewardship of existing supporters.

 

You will need:

  • Experience in working across community fundraising and securing high levels of income from community relationships
  • Experience in product development in a fundraising capacity
  • Previous line management experience

 

Salary: £39,000 – £41,000
Location: home-based
