We are pleased to be working with a children’s charity who are looking for a Senior Fundraising Compliance Manager to join their team. You will be joining an inspirational children’s charity who have a very successful fundraising team. This role has a lot of room for growth and you’ll be working closely with a range of teams within the charity to ensure sufficient compliance knowledge amongst staff and that robust processes are in place to provide appropriate assurance.
They are looking for an experienced compliance professional who has a strong understanding of its role within fundraising. You will require strong commercial acumen and experience of dealing with senior level contacts both internally and externally. You’ll be a creative thinker who is able identify problems and come up with innovative solutions, as well as being a strong communicator who is able to present their ideas effectively.
You will need:
- Experience of developing strong processes and procedures and a track record of implementing these
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing organisational approach
- Ability to work with confident and commercially sensitive information
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Salary - £37,000-£47,000
