We are currently recruiting for a wonderful homelessness charity, who have a fast growing Fundraising and Communications department. The Supporter Care Executive is responsible for overseeing day to day operational activity, in addition to line managing a small team of two.
This role is responsible for ensuring that the Supporter Care team works in an efficient and effective manner, adheres to agreed KPIs and SLAs, consistently meets regulatory compliance requirements, and strives to deliver a high standard of customer care that ensures that our supporters are at the forefront of everything we do.
You will need to be someone who builds strong relationships across other teams and with supporters.
You will have:
- A strong background in customer/supporter care including an element of income processing, ideally within a charity setting
- Prior line management/supervisory experience is essential
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, and a keen eye for detail

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
