Job description

We are working with a wonderful charity to recruit their next Supporter Care Manager, the successful candidate will line manage a small team, leading and motivating to deliver excellent support care. You will have a natural interest in data and be able to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.

Main duties:
Line manage and develop a team of officers
Coordinate and manage workload flows
Monitor and maintain quality of service
Manage complaints or complex queries
Overview supporter experience and journey
Managing third party suppliers

You will have:
Previous line management and development experience
Supporter journey and stewardship skills, are desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
