We are working with a wonderful charity based in South London to recruit a Part Time Supporter Care Officer, working flexibly around 21 hours per week you will have a mix of office and home-based working. The charity has gone through an impressive state of growth and is now seeking some additional help within their supporter care function, the role is a fixed term 4-month contract, that could extend as they continue to grow.
The role will suit someone that enjoys delivering excellent customer care and has a passion for the charity sector, our client is willing to train individuals who wish to develop their career within supporter care/ operations
Duties for the Supporter Care Officer:
Manage bespoke supporter queries, via telephone, email, and letter
Create thank you email and letters
Assist with supporter journey projects
Manage banking and post
Update records and Gift Aid status
Process and reconcile incoming gifts
You will have:
Previous experience within supporter or customer care
Strong data administration skills
Ability to work from own initiative
A passion and interest for excellent supporter care and communications
