Job description

We’re working with a fantastic international development charity who are looking for a Supporter Care Officer to join their team. You’ll deliver outstanding supporter care and support wider fundraising activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing supporters who respond to their fundraising activities by phone, email, post, social media or in person, liaising with supporters in a timely fashion.

You’ll answer incoming phone calls and escalate any difficult situations, also supporting with processing donations via telephone and post. You’ll thank supporters for their donations via letter, email and phone, as well as ensuring you maintain their database with accurate supporter records.

You will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding phone manner
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Experience using a CRM system
